Match the blade on your bamboo carbon fiber paddle to your weight for stroke efficiency:

• 86 Small: for paddlers under 145 lb, 86 sq in blade, about 24 oz (680 g)
• 88 Standard: for paddlers 140 lb to 190 lb, 88 sq in blade, about 27 oz (765 g)
