WARRANTY AND RETURNS 

  Cosmetic defects, depending on severity, may or may not be covered under warranty. SeeFish Transducer Pole Mount 2.0 being bent or damaged from hitting any kind of object is not covered under warranty. If there are any modifications done to SeeLite products that were not completed by SeeLite or a SeeLite Dealer, the warranty is void. Broken lenses are not covered under warranty unless they were broken during the shipping process. Normal warranty work may involve shipping replacement parts which must be installed by the customer or a certified dealer. 

30 DAY return policy. No returns/refunds after 30 DAYS from purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. Products that are excluded SeeLite Double Trouble and Saber strip lights that have already been installed. All returns can be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

GENERAL PROVISIONS, EXCLUSIONS, AND LIMITATIONS

• Damage to equipment or personal property resulting from improper installation as defined in our online installation tutorials or received through communication (online, text, video, email, or in person), is NOT covered. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Installation errors 
  • Incorrect wiring  (e.g. reverse polarity, improper landing point)
  • Use of non-approved mounting hardware 
  • Damage caused by improper input voltage or power surges.
  • Any damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Damage due to improper installation, operation, maintenance, and or storage
  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, abnormal use, water damage, abnormal conditions, alteration(s) to the product
  • Installation by unauthorized individuals or entities
• Installation by a SeeLite Dealer is recommended. 
• This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use SeeLite LLC products. The warranty provided here is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser and replaces any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  SEELITE SEEMAX ADAPT - ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

  Warranty Coverage

SeeLite warrants the SEEMAX Adapt Screen to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  What is Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the one-year warranty period.

  What is Not Covered

- Cracked or damaged screens due to impact, misuse, or handling.
- Damage resulting from improper installation, including but not limited to installation errors or use of non-approved mounting hardware.
- Damage caused by improper input voltage or power surges.
- Any damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact SeeLite Customer Service at support@seeliteleds.com. Provide proof of purchase, a description of the defect and photographs of the defect on the screen. SeeLite will determine, at its sole discretion, whether the defect is covered under this warranty and will either repair or replace the defective product.

  Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the SEEMAX Adapt Screen. The warranty provided here is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser and replaces any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Arbitration Agreement

1. Agreement to Arbitrate
By using our products/services, you and SeeLite LLC agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to your use of our services, including any issues concerning the interpretation or enforceability of this arbitration agreement, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Waiver of Class Actions and Jury Trial
You and SeeLite LLC agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. You and SeeLite LLC also waive the right to a trial by jury.

3. Arbitration Process
To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a written demand for arbitration to:

The arbitration will be conducted in Russellville, AR unless otherwise agreed. The arbitration shall be confidential and final and binding on the parties.

4. Governing Law
This arbitration agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and applicable federal arbitration law.

5. Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies, or seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of proper jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
